DS-156 Edit- Adding Middle Name and Place of issuance

Hi,
My parents are attending visa on 7th march and I found some mistakes in their DS-156 forms.
We missed adding my fathers middle name in Q7 column.Also we entered wrong place of issuance and place of birth.

What are the options I have now to modify DS-156 form?

I think you cange yourself online , else Contact VFS if they can help

You can not change any question 1 to 14 . If there is any correction required , You can tell VO and he will make changes for you. If any rule has been changed now by luck then you can try with VFS.
