Drop Box Facility

Hello,

I am planning on applying Visitor Visa for my parents. I was just wondering if they still have drop box facility in Hyderabad. My father is 61 and my Mom is 52 years.

If the drop box facility still exists can both of them apply or only my father has the eligibility ?

If not do I need to take two separate appoinments for each of them in Chennai and also send two sets of documents ? How does that work ?

Any help would be appreciated.

there is no drop box. Each applicant under must appear for interview
