Hi everyone,
My parents got visa rejected for first time due to reason 214(b) bcoz myself and my brother both stays in U.S .Both my parents are working in INDIA and my mother is a government employee ( Professor ) .
Now , second time i am planning to send my parents (mon and dad on different days stating that other will be in India and only of them will be travelling to U.S ) next week . I am providing all documents and i have a question regarding the purpose of visit (Graduation cermony/ visiting U.S).
My status is on H1 B + i am part time student.
I am going to graduate in this May , so i am wondering if this reason will be strong than a normal visiting U.S reason.i took letter from university that i am going to graduate in May .
Can anyone please let me know which would be a strong reason for my parents to get visa.
