I believe anybody must be having minimum of 1+ years of experience with 16 years of formal education.

I've graduated with a BIT degree (3 year course) and got 1+ year IBM experience in Australia.
Do you reckon that I am eligible for a US job?

The minimum requirement is H1 and/or a L1. In what ever way or with whatever exp you get that

I would also like a job in the US. My qualifications are very long and backed by experience. Unfortunately I cannot get anywhere near the $85,000 jobs that I used to able to land. I can't get a job at all because you people forge your resumes with pretend credentials and non existent experience, leaving an honest man like myself looking closer to slop that you actually are.

My advice to you and your countryman Slave owners is to go, or stay home. Every day there are at least 100 more US residents who are being educated about your selfish stealing of our jobs. And if you have seen any of the US made movies you must know how we stupid Hillbillies react when the movie studios tell us who the villains are.
