URGENT I-134 question for Pending Adjustment of Status (I-485)

I need help in filling question no 1 in I-134 form

I am on AOS ( pending I-485) and im working on EAD ( no H1-B)

what should I answer for 1 (d)


If you are not a native born U.S. citizen, answer the following as appropriate:
a. If a U.S.citizen through naturalization, give certificate of naturalization number
b. If a U.S. citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give citizenship certificate numberc. If U.S. citizenship was derived by some other method, attach a statement of explanation.
d. If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States, give "A" number ---------------

DO I have to fill A# in d) ?

As I am not a permanent resident. My I-485 is still pending..

please help asap

I am on AOS pending too and we filled in the A# , i had written AOS PENDING IN ds-156 too,but at the delhi consulate they did not ask my parents for any documents and they were given 10 years Visa. goodluck to you .
