Hello everybody,
My mom attanded interview 3rd time on feb22nd, She was not granted the Visa. The VO was the lady. Actually she saw all the papers what we have send and my mothers documents also.

They have asked the usual questions like
How many children do u have?
what is ur son-in-law doing?
which company he is working for?
how long they have been in us?

verified all the doc's and the translator over there told that they are not granting it this time?

My mom asked for the reason but they didn't reply itseems?

But Actually in the passport, they didn't stamp anything like "Application received" etc.

1st two times they stamped "Application received", this time nothing and they have issued 214(b) form.

Does this mean anything? Anyone came across the similar situation?

If anyone has any idea regarding this, Pls do share it.

Can anyone suggest when can i take the appoinment again and do i have to pay the money in HDFC bank again?

Pls help me??????

Thanks
Jaanuu

Getting vistor visa is 100% luck. This a money Making machine. 100$ for showing your face. No matter how much you prepare. If the officer is not in good mood. They will not look at the papers at all. They dont have proper criteria. It is luck and lottery. Some officers will not even talk. They will decide before hand ,whether to give or not. This happened to my parents.
All sent all documents (prepared according to specifications). My parents were very well prepared too (trained them) They even have few millions worth of property in India. And i dont have extra papers to present.
First visit -The Officer didnt even look at papers and didnt even talk, Just rejected.

Second visit-Same set(no additional documents) The Officer didnt even look at papers and didnt even talk, Didnt even looked at the faces.Just rejected.

Third Visit-Same set(no additional documents) The Officer didnt even look at the papers, didnt even talk. But visa granted.

What is the logic,behind it.
So dont give up. This is just luck.
