Hi,
My parents had an interview yesterday and there visa was rejected (not enough economic ties in India). Prior to this their visa was rejected long time in 2003 in Dubai.
What are best options available in this situation:
1. Should my mom go alone by end of Mar or beg of Apr and re apply for the visa alone stating that my dad is dejected by the visa rejection and to take care of the younger daughter who is studying in India?
2. My parents (both mom and dad) go again to try their luck w/o any change in their status or situation when they first went for their visa?
3. Can the previous answers given be modified for accuracy as they were mistakes in fact?
FYI, my dad is retired (returned from dubai in Nov 2006) and mom is a housewife. I have a younger sister in India who is 18 yrs old and studying. My parents have 2 properties which they care of and have 3-4 investments.
Also, in the interview yesterday my dad mentioned somethings wrong due to nervousness I guess.
1. My sister was staying in the Hostel when my parents were in Dubai. (Fact is my mom was staying with her for sometime and for sometime she was alone).
2. My dad has only 1 property. (He forgot to mention about the 2nd one, but showed papers of both which they barely saw).
Please any response would be appreciated. My parents are very dejected and so am I. I am due in July and really should have my mom here atleast during that time.
