Change Consulate:English Speaking

Hi All,

My dad recides in Gujarat but we got visa appointment in Delhi (based on new rule that English speaking candidates can apply in other consulates). We thought of trying Delhi because he has been refused thrice in Mumbai.

Last time he was refused for visitor visa was little over 2 years ago. Do you know if he could be send back to Mumbai because of his past history?

I would appreciate your advice.

Generally it is recommnded that if you had a visa refusal from X consulate you should prefer to go to the same consulate. But I dont see any problem because it was 2yrs ago in your case.
Take it easy ..dont worry just prepare well this time.
