Visitor Visa Extension Question

I've applied for extension of stay for my parents who are here on B2 Visa. They have got multiple entry visa for 10 years. Their current stay expires on 16th April 2004. I've applied for their extension on Feb 28 and got receipt notice dated Mar 9.

As per the receipt notice it takes 90-120 days for processing such cases. Please help me with answers to following questions if possible:

1. How long it takes really in California Service Center to process such cases? Any recent experiences

2. As per the instructions of the form, we have also submitted original I-94 forms with the application. We have got the copy. As per experience of one of my friends they return the original along with receipt notice, but they did not in our case. Any experiences.

3. If the application is rejected and you return back within one week, does it affect the 10 year multiple entry visa?

1. there is no definate time, based on some psoting in past on this forum it may take from 4 montsh to 12 months.

2. I would never suggest to send original I94, copy should do.Any way do not worry abt that toomuch that can be explained at the exit point /counter once a visitor leave but must keep a clean copy of I94.

3. The anser is Yes, over staying without approval is taken as negetive point as unsaid general rule. since they have 10yrs M visa it should be OK ..though but I would say dont breack the rules to reduce risk.
