iam right now having L2 visa the L2 visa got expired asof 02/06/06 and we are now stayng in I94.iam working in US with EAD right now and my EAD Is going to expire on 08/08/07,but my issue is iam going for a vacation for 1 month right now and i will be retruning on april,so while i come bacK to US i maybe having new L2visa and I94,
so is still i able to work with my job with my EAD while i return back on april until 08/0/07?.
