H4 to H1!! need advice

Hi,

I have attended H1 visa recently with my husband and kid ,we got granted the visas.We are planning to go US by end of April 2007.My husband and kid are holding H4 visas.My husband will be resigning by march 2007 from his current company

My questions are

1) Can my husband can apply for H1 for April 2007?
2) Which address he needs to mention while filing H1?(Indian address or US?)
3) If he is in US,does he needs to come to India for stamping?
4)To apply for Visa change(H4 to H1),has he to be at least 6 months in US?

Yes

Since ur husband will be in US, ur mailing addr will be US, but foreign will be indian
3) If he is in US,does he needs to come to India for stamping?
if COS H4-H1 gets approved then not?
4)To apply for Visa change(H4 to H1),has he to be at least 6 months in US?
i think there is no rule like it.

1) me and my husband will reach US only MAY first week of 2007.By the time
H1 quota may finish.Can he apply for H1 visa from India Now keeping Indian address while filing H1 and later can we change the address?

2) He is holding H4,can he do the H1 stamping in US?

yes, if any sponsor company is ready to process his H1 then def yes
2) He is holding H4,can he do the H1 stamping in US?
