How to Cancel Appointment

I have taken interview date on 29th April for visitor visa after my 1st rejection on 8th April for the same. I dont want to go for it now. Can anyone tell me that whats the procedure to cancel the appointment? and There will be any adverse effect of cancelling the appoint in near future?

I am from Baroda, I have taken date from Mumbai VFS. Should I have to go to Ahmedabad VFS for cancellation?

Contact and communicate with VFS, it should be easy.
Do not worry too much abt it.
