Hello All,

Pls suggest me.

I attended for H1B from South Korea in Sep' 05 - issued 221g and got redirected to Home Country. After coming to India I approaced Chennai consulate in Nov'06. Again in Chennai they asked for some more details from the company which i got them and attended within 10 - 15 days in Nov'06. Now again they issued 221g requesting some more details from the client. Now the consultant says that client is not in a position / not interested in giving all the details as requested by the consulate.

Now my consultant says that we shall approach consulate saying that the client as closed the requirement for which i was selected as i could not fill up the position within no time and shall approach the consulat specifying the requirement is for in-house project.

Can murali/simran/anyone pls suggest me whether this is a good approach else do i revoke / cancle my petition, since i am no more intereseted in spoiling my record with consulate. As my present company is intereseted in filling my B1 or L1

Kindly suggest on this.

thnx in advance

Especially in Chennai consulate there is no hard and fast rule why any one's visa is rejected. Mostly it is matter of luck and how lucky you are at that moment. So you can still go ahead with for H1 interview.

I am not so experienced in visa matters but if I were in your situation I will stay with the current employer since you are getting B1 or L1 from them.
