Can someone clarify the following:
Masters degree (MS Computer Information System) from Kennedy-Western university is recognizable for EB2 category(Greeen Card)? I heard that Masters degree from Kennedy-University are not regionally accredited in USA, but this degree is recognized in the business industry for pursuing the higher positions. The only one problem that I found with this university Master degrees is that, credits cannot be transferred to state schools in USA. This is a distance Masters degree program. Now my question is, during the filing for Green card, EB2 category, whether INS will point out about such degrees? I appreciate your responses. Thanks.
I appreciate if you provide some references about
education qualification rules provided by INS.

I too have my BS & MS degree's from KWU but the labor dept rejected it & even when the same was sent for education eval, they did not even count it. My attorney had warned us that this will happen... so not worth dont even try.. This degree only helps when you pursue in career wise but not education wise.

So dont waste time.

Thank you so much for the information.
What about online MS courses
from regionally accrediated universities?
Are they valid for evaluation?
I appreciate your help. Thanks again.
