Hi friends ,
My previous company is an indian company , After my resignation due to some reason there are not giving me my experience and relieving letter . I am going to join a company, which sponsored H1B, this month but many of my friends are warning that since i don't have expereince letter from my previous employer i cannot do H1B transfer. So could you please any one help me whether an alternate way exist to do H1B transfer without experience letter of my previous indian company ( I have all pay slip ,tax return and appointment letter of the indian company) ?
