My parents visa got rejected yesterday.Help

Hi all,

My parents got rejected yesterday at mumbai consulate.It seems the VO officier told them that i am on F1-student visa ..how will my son in law be able to take care of them(though he is sponsoring).Already your daughter is dependent on them..?
I dint understand this query at all...i am on OPT and i am working.
I havent yet got to talk to my parents to understand the real interview questions...but will let you know guys to take some advise so that i can send them again.

Right now i have a question...how can i again schedule an appointment..do i have to pay again and take a barcode again thru HDFC..or can i again apply on the same barcode?If yes-what is the number of times i can apply on same barcode number and waht would be the good interval time to apply again for my parents.

That is really too bad. It will be good and more understandable on what conditions that they have rejected so that those can be fixed on the next interview.

As for the HDFC Bank Receipt, the information received was that you cannot re-use the same Bank Receipt. You have to get a new one -- so in other words: repay visa fees. Check this thread for more info: http://forum.path2usa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21500

u need to do again everything freshely.
have u given ur employment letters.
what do u mean by opt. do u have ur green card.
what u wrote in ds156 for who will pay for ur trip?

did u write ur name or ur hubbys name?
check it out evrything and reapply.
