Birth certifcate

HI
My husband is sponsorng my mom and we have booked appnt in chennai
My questions is will it be a problem if the surname is not mentioned in my birth certifcate
the birt certifcate just has my first name and my moms surname(spelling mistake) is also not mentioned..will that create a problem
are they very particular about this in chennai consulate
or do we need to create an affidavit using this birth certificate???

Also all my mothers property documents are in regional language
it is ok thst they get an affidavit for the same showing how much the property documents are worth of??

I guess i read somewhere that chennai consulate do not need the birth certificate, also if you have the property valuation from your CA, that will do. get it notarized.....

you can also look for more responses.....

surname in your birth certificate is not a problem.
property documents in regional language is also not a problem.

last week my mom went to interview . they never ask about my birth certificate .(in my birth certificate also there is no surname).

i hope this will help.
