Hi, I need some info about how to apply for visitor's visa for my parents.
I know the usual procedure which says I need to send a copy of I-94 to my parents. But I am going on short vacation of 15 days to India. In that case I WON'T HAVE I-94 as it'll be taken back in flight itself.
So what other document can be used to replace I-94 document. Is it possible to apply for their Visitors Visa in the period when I am in India?

Yes, you can still furnish the existing copy of I94.
Consulate is not going to check whether you are out of USA or not.
And yes, its absolutelty fine that they apply while you are out of USA.
