Query about H1(221(g)&H4

Hi

I attended H1B visa interview along with my wife(for H4) in chennai consulate on jan 24th and the vo issued me 221(g) blue form and asked to submit the required documents along with my passport in dropbox.He didnt tell anything regarding my wife"s H4
now i am waiting to get my documnets from my employer,my doubt is when i drop my documnets and passport in dropbox can i drop my wife passsport and her DS156and DS157?
i even enquired in vfs office they also dontknow about the procedure regarding my query.
