I have resigned a company and joined a new company after my H1-B transfer.
My earlier company will post W2 forms and paystubs through ADP on a web site. I still have access to this site.
Lot of people told me that W2 should be received on or before 31st Jan every year as it is federal law.
For the year 2006 , I did not receive the W2 form till today.some people have already received it.
My question is : Can my previuos employer stop posting W2 form?.
I have a visa appointment in Canada on in Feb, What happens if I do not receive W-2 by that time.
