Hi,
When I was booking an appointment for my father, there was a question which said "Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12 months?"
I did not notice the word "twice" in that question and kind of overlooked it and chose "YES".
Actually he has been refused visa only once.
Now the interview letter is reflecting the same.
Is there any way I can change it to NO? Please help.
