My elder sister would like to visit US along with her son and is planning to apply for their tourist visa.

I had the following question:

Is it ok if she shows a sponsorship letter/documents from me during the visa interview or is it preferable for her to show the sponsorship letter from her spouse. I mean are the chances of visa getting rejected high, if the sponsor letter is from me rather than her husband?

Also note both of them are practicing dentists in India.

Any advice, will be highly appreciated.

Is her husband in USA? and work in USA ?
(I guess not )
Unless they have a very strong financial backing with proof of funds/saving , you should be the sponsor.

If you have strong financial background show your spouse as the sponsorer.

I would say it will be good to have the person in the US or having a US visa as the sponsorer

No both my sister and her husband work in India.
