Question on Visitor Visa

Hi All,
I have booked group appointment for my parents in chennai -last week of feb

Q1 - I have entered a wrong place of birth for my mom in DS 156 and now i'am not able to edit it.Will it ok to leave it just the same and inform the VO at the time of interview or do i need to change it please advice,i do not want to cancel the appointment :confused:

Q2 - My parents have a A followed by the HDFC receipt number,I have used only the receipt number for the appointment is it ok or should i have used the A followed by the receipt number to book the appointment.Please advice.

Q2. Only Receipt no should be used. I guess length of the field is 10 characters
and it should be the receipt no.

after taking the print out of 156, use a whitener to and rewrite the new details
