Is a CA Evaluation a required document for the visa interview?

Hi,

My parents are going for their visa interview soon. Thanks to this forum, we have been able to prepare most of the documentation for them. Is CA Evaluation of the properties and investment required for the visa interview? My parents do plan to take all the original property and investment documents. I'd appreciate a quick response as the day is approaching nearer.
