How to save I-134 form for 7 days? Please help

Hi Everyone,

Planning for my Mom's Visa and requesting u all to give me advice about m question as soon as u can. I will really appreciate ur effort.

I read on FAQ option of https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/Home.aspx
that we can fill and save I-134 form for 7 days. I was able to find that form but couldnt save it. Please tell me[B] how to save I-134 with all the infoit? And save it for 7 days!! Can I fill it again after 7 days?

I think you misunderstood the form number. It should be D-156 not I-34. Can you please verify it.

Even I think I am wrong!!

Which form do I need to fill at the time of taking online appointment ??Please tell & what should I do with form I-134?? Please help.

Tge form which you fill up while taking appointment is D-156. You have options for saving this in the website itself. I 34 is an affidavit you should get it from notary
