Appointment for parents

HI,
I have been trying to get the appointment for my in-laws. There was no luck for past 20 days for Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) appointments.

Is this common. Earlier US consulate mentioned we can get appointments in a week. Why is it not happening now?

Any suggestions, highly appreicated.

Hi Raj,

Please keep on looking for every 10 min. You will definitely get an appointment. I got an appointment 4 days back for my mother in telugu. I tried it for 1 week.

As far as I know it doesn't matter. At the consulate, they'll ask your parents if they need translator anyway. So, just book for english.
