My Father's visa got rejected in 2005 due to his confusion in understanding english. They didn't give any reason. He applied alone.
This year, Jan 2007, both applied together. I prepared them with all experiences from path2usa for interview. They gave good answers in Marathi but when VO asked about pension to my father, he gave the figure how much he gets. As he is retired teacher, he don't get big pension. Right away VO rejected saying pension is not enough.
I'm planning to reply in April/May giving reason To visit new born grand-daughter, and duration for one month. Will this reason work???
With the same set of documents, my in-laws got 10YME visa 20 days before my parents interview.
Is there anybody in the same boat. This is very frustrating experience for my old parents and us.
Any suggestions..
Mr. Murali, do you think this will work or do we need to give any other reason or proof..
Experts please advice....

Thanks in advance...

This is very unfortunate but not unusual , the visa grant depends on many factors, pension alone is not the only reason, since and they don’t tell the exact reason applicant conclude their own reason.
Any way, don’t worry try again, there are many people in the same boat.
