I'm sponsoring my mom for visitor visa and i'm wondering about carrying all propoerty docs to consulate to support property affidavit ....

Do visa officer asks for property docs to verify against property affidavit???

the thing is most of our propertiesare on my dads name and he is not attedning visa....very few are on my moms name...

also mom is yet to get full rights on some of the properties becasue they will comes under moms rights only after her parents expired..i mean, "WILL" is already written but is applicable only after parents are expired...so can we mention them under moms properties...?..

pls advsie...

P.S:i have no idea wether i can ask these type of Q's(will, expiry) or not...but want to clear on what we are doing..

who knows sometimes they will ask for the property papers. if u have any property papers in the name of your mom take it with her and also tell her to take the property documents in the name of your father that will help. if they ask any questions regarding tell your mom to explain about those will and all those stuffs.
