Urgent Help

Hi,

I took an appointment for my parents on Feb 12th 2007. But my Visa expires on April 15th 2007. I already applied for the extension of my H1 visa. As I am the sponsor for my parents, will it be a problem for them to get their visitor's visa? If so, please advice.

Just get it mentioned in your employment verification letter and also get a copy of Notice Of Action Receipt.

While tackling your problem keep consider the facts that people get visa even if sponsored by self. It is your money which are in bank is to be used.
What is good I do not know better.
