My Mothers is rejected twice in last year. She is appearing again in Feb 3rd week. Last time my brother-in-law has send the papers.This time my Husband is sending papers. I recently shifted from H4 to H1. Iam currently working.
My question is : Is it OK if i don't mention that i am partially dependent on my husband. I already got I-134 notarised. metioning i am fully dependent on him.
I was just wondering, will the embassy ppl track thru, that i am on H1?
I haven't got it stamped after i got H1. I came on H4. I am sending my passport copies which has H4 visa stamp.
can anyone suggest me, how do i follow?
