Form i-134 Lines 8,9,10,11

Everyone,

Can you please guide me as to what I am supposed to fill for the lines 8,9,10,11 for form 134.

I am confused , specially with line 11.

8 - Fill in if anyone is dependent on you financially for day to day living.

9 - Fill in if you have previously filed I-134 for anyone

10 - Fill in if you have sponsored anyone for Greencard

11- Check "Intend"

Ok - what kind of details should I fill in , the lines where i clicked intend.

Does something like this make sense

"Airfare to and back from India , Lodging , Boarding , Sightseeing for about 3 months" Total amount = $6500
