My wife got her B-1 visa 3 days before our marriage (as a single). After marriage she joined me in US (i'm on H-1 visa) on tourist visa status.
Is there any complications for her to change her status over to H-4 while in USA, taking into account that her visa was gotten by Not-to-stay-in-USA intent, ...but i am sure INS will have doubts regarding this.
Has anyone of you or your friends have gone though this experience. Please share with me.
I am concerned that INS might reject her H-4 visa status, since she came here on mis-representation.
