Urgent !!! Information needed on H1 to H4 Transfer

I came to USA on H4 after coming here I got my H1,I got new I-94 too but still I am unemployed.Can anyone tell me what all documents are required for H1 to H4 transfer or do I need to go back to India to get new H4 stamped.
