Are BEP companies better for H1?

Hello dears,

I have H1 offer letters from 2 consulting companies, which are not BEP.
Latest i heard is that BEP consulting companies will sure shot get you H1 stamping, Is it true?
Does these companies have seperate Queue in Visa consualte?

Any idea, please share with me.

before applying for visa take assuarance from your petitioner that they have a project for you in US.
