Hi,
2-3 years ago i had attended visa interview for L1.I got 221g that time .
VO has asked to file H1B instead of L1. Since my companies policy
did not allow H1B , therefore the company did not went ahead for filing H1.
Now i am applying for H1-B visa. In DS156 there is a question about
"Have you been refused a visa before?"
What should i answer?
