Hello,
I'm scheduled to leave for India next week for 3rd-time re-stamping of my H1 visa.
However, I'm yet to receive my W2/ 1099 forms of last year, which is making me rather nervous.
Do I need to show the forms in original at the consulate, or can I show copies of the same if someone faxes/emails them to me to India from here once we get them.
Pls advice at your earliest if I should postpone my trip to India and carry the originals or show copies at the consulate.
