URGENT : Scheduling of 2 interviews for H1-B

Hi ,
I have 2 petitions filed for me from 2 companies. No querry was raised in the petition filing process . I have scheduled 2 interviews online .
While chatting with one of my friends he informed me that this is not allowed.
Is this true ?
If i get approval from first scheduled company i am planning to proceed with then . In that case what should i do for the second scheduled interview.

I didnt found anything on net that getting petitions and scheduling 2 interviews is not allowed .

Experts , please advice asap .

but u have to choose 1 of these H1.
If i get approval from first scheduled company i am planning to proceed with then . In that case what should i do for the second scheduled interview.
if u appear for second one, that means u r showing a intention to proceed with second H1 therefore ur first H1 may be voided by CO irrespective whether u get a second H1 visa or not?

its allowed, only at a time u can have 1 status.
