second visa from different zone

hi,

my parents applied thru calcutta and got visitor visa for a year , which is expired now. soon they r retiring and moving to bangalore. can they apply thru chennai , how will they show residency there as they will be staying with my brother there.

communicate with TTS visa regarding this.
As per my knowledge the address on passport determines the applicable consulate.
Alternatively they can chnage the address on thier passport if its a long term stay in BLR.

Address on passport does not dictate where you apply. It is where they are living and conducting their daya to day life that matters. I am absolutely sure of this and have seen people applying in different zones.
