Actually My wife was here with me in usa for 6 months.But while getting the visa my dint include my name in her visa.
recently she had a baby in india. And she is there in india now i want to bring my wife and child here . My wife has her visa already stamped . But recently she went to passport office in channai and endorsed my name in the possport becoz only then she can apply for my kids passport. My ? is does she need to get stamped with the new name that is my name in the stamping or it is ok with the old name which dosent include my name. pl i need a urgent ans for this
