I am planning to sponser visitor visa for my mother, My I-94 got expired and my company has applied for extension, I heard that I need to send the Visa copy (which is still valid till Mar 2005) and I-94. What should I do in this case? can I send the valid visa copy and all other documents? or I-94 is a MUST..Please suggest..
