1-134 Section 7

In section 7 of I-134 you need to fill up the following

- Personal Property value
- Value of Real Estate
- Mortgage Owned

The question is, Should the real estate value be included in the personal property also, or should I list the value only in the real estate section.

Also, the house (real estate) is in both my husband's and my name, but the mortgage is only in my husband's name. So should I even list the real estate property in the first place. And If I do, should I just leave the mortage owned section unfilled, or should I mention that the mortgage is in my husband's name.

Just put the Persoal property estimated value,
no need to put real esate and mortgage value
