Que Regarding form DS-156 for B1/B2 Visa

I downloaded forms DS-156 for my parents visa from website for mumbai consulate. While filling the form DS-156 in Q.37 , I had selected the Option Daughter since I am their only Daughter in USA. But while downloading and printing the form , its showing both Son/Daughter option. But they have only Daughter in USA not son. I wants to see only Daughter Option is selected on the form. What I should do for this?

Otherwise Visa Officer will think that they have both Son and Daughter in USA?

the option is common son/daughter.
So dont worry, do as it shows online.

We had the same printing problem and we sent it as it is so dont worry and do it as it shows online
