what does 122(g) mean?

I gave interview for visitors visa(for exam usmle step2 CS) in Pakistan on 28th Dec.2006. Visa officer gave me white paper 122(g) saying a document is required which i'll have to bring to the embassy.She wrote name of that document and also wrote some abbreviation (TRA) in a circle.What does that all mean? Is my visa approved and will i get visa definitely after submission of that document? What does TRA stand for? Please help.Thanks.
