Hi

Mom visa is rejected today. She had been interviewed by some muslim female. My father expired 5 yrs before, me and my sister both are in this country, my uncle (her brother) sponsored her. She told according to US LAW if all three of them are in USA they cant give visa itseems.

Again when can she go to visa? will they be knowing the reason why it was rejected last time? Can i sponsor the documents next time? Will there be any problem if both children are in USA or can we say one child is in india next time?

Please suggest me.

Thanks in advance

She can apply again
read : http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/visitorvisa/visa_refusal.htm

Yes, they do keep information about all previous attempt for visa application.
Yes you can be the sponsor.
Read more about others experiences on this forum and experience section on this website and prepare well for the interview this time.

Reading Issip's mail, My FIL and my Mother are in the same situation,

My FIL and my Mother are siblings. Their younger brother(i,e my Younger Uncle) lives in the US, he is a US Citizen.

My brother also lives in the US, he is in H1B, GC under process.
We are just two for my parents. My husband is in L1 visa.

Iam expecting in May 07 and looking for an interview for my parents and FIL in Feb 07.
In the DS 156 should we mention of their Brother residing in the US or not? Is it OK if we don;t mention in the form...will it create an issue later.

Pls clarify.

As such Iam worried abt my parents visa as me and my brother both are in the US, letting know her brother also residing in the US create more issues..

PLS Guru;s Clarify.

I am planning to book appointments for them in another week. so pls HELP.
