156 fillout for Visa Status while GC in progress

Hello
I am trying to call my in-laws on visitor visa and on form 156 it asks for your relative in US.. with options of son/daughter......... so i filled daughter and now the question is what visa status should i use.. as.......

I am here on H1.. meanwhile we filed for my wifes GC with concurrent 140. 485 and all.... now she has 140 approved and EAD but hasnt started the job (until the visa date scheduled for the inlaws)

which visa status should i use in 156.. should i use h4..( i am still on H1..)

She should mention as H4. As her I-485 is pending, she can mention "AOS" too.
