No Birth Certificate--what to do?

My husband is sponsoring my parents visitor visa. My original birth certificate will be required for the visa and I don't have my birth certificate. What should I do ? Will affidavit of my birth (by my parents) suffice or is there any other way?

Your Original Collage/School Leaving Certificate, will be use as Birth certificate. Important here is, DOB must be there in Leaving Certificate.
