question on employment

Hello Murali ji,

I am planning to process visa for my parents. My father is currently working for a private school. they don't give any pay slips every month. they will just give cheqs. there won't any tax filing and returns.He has been doing this from past 7 years. So , In visa interview what should he tell? if they ask about tax returns what should be the answer. please help. or should we avoid telling that he is working ? is it better to tell that he is retired?

Difficult to answer such question.
one thing is sure that you tell that person is working but do not have any record of pay and TAX will surely have a negetive effect.
