How much time we have to fly after Visitor VISA is approved.

Is there any restrictions to fly to USA on visitor VISA after it is approved.

My parents are planing to visit USA after 11 months it is approved.

One can travel anytime as long at the Visa is valid. There is no requirement that you have to travel within a specific time period.
