I have two questions about the DS-156 forms:
1. While generating the form, at the end of the form , at the place where the applicant signs the form, a date is automatically generated (this date gets generated automatically, not filled in) is same as the date you last modified the form. Is that OK ? When the applicant signs the form is he supposed to sign and date the as the date of the interview. Or, is it OK to have a different date that the interview date. I am talking about item number 41 in the form.

2. While filling up the form some of the fields are displayed as "NA", but when the form is generated this "NA" fields are left as blank. For example my fater is currently retired, so while filling up the form online at the time of taking the appointment the items 20 (name and address of employer) is displayed as "NA". But when I download/generate the PDF file and take printout, this field is left as blank. Has anybody seen this problem.
In the above case is it OK to fill the fields as "NA" by hand using a pen.
