OLD or NEW passport?

I am collecting docs to invite my mother to visit US. My passport and US VISA expired last year and i renewed my passport/status here in US. My new passport has just blank pages and i didn't revalidate yet.

Given this situation,
Is it enough to just send the new passport with all blank pages?
or
Do I need to send full copy of OLD passport also, just to show the US VISA even though it is expired?

Any help?

send full pages of both, since you have your via in old visa.
